These terms cover using the Notelit app. Using the app means you agree to them.

1Your notebooks are yours

Everything you write and draw in Notelit belongs to you. Notelit claims no ownership of your content and uses it only to provide the app's features on your devices.

2Syncing

Aioratec Sync keeps your notebooks consistent across your devices — no account or email needed. With Notelit Pro it can also keep a copy of your notes and files in your own iCloud Drive. You can turn either off at any time in Settings.

3Built-in content

Notelit’s sticker art and the typefaces in the editor are built into the app and licensed for your personal use in your notebooks.

4Pricing

Notelit — including device-to-device sync and every typeface — is free. The optional Notelit Pro subscription unlocks saving to iCloud, sticker packs, custom app icons, Home Screen widgets, and pinning up to six files and notes (three pins are free); it is auto-renewing, billed through your App Store account monthly or yearly, with the exact price shown in the app before purchase. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, is managed or cancelled in your App Store subscription settings, and Apple’s standard refund process applies.

5Fair use of the app

Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the app or its sync service, and don't use Notelit to store or distribute unlawful content.

6Warranty and liability

Notelit is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by the law of your place of residence, Notelit's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Keep backups of important work using the export tools provided.

7Changes to these terms

When the app's features or business model change, these terms are updated the same day and the “last updated” date above changes with it. Substantive changes are also noted on the Notelit site.
